Enter the email used with SalonBook. We check live records and tell you if the account is still active, pending deletion, or deleted.

Works for owners, cashiers and barbers. No sign-in required.

Need to request deletion? Use the account deletion page. In the app: More → Delete account.

Deleted — no active SalonBook staff profile, salon ownership, or membership for that email.
Pending — a web deletion request is open; we confirm by email within 2 business days and finish within 30 days.
Active — an account still exists. Delete in the app or submit a request on the deletion page.
